MAKING-CITY partners just published a new article in Sustainability about their work to develop a methodology for calculating the energy balance at the district level and energy performance of those districts aspiring to become a Positive Energy District (PED). This publication is also directly associated with some useful guidelines to calculate the annual primary energy balance of a PED.
