This webinar will provide an overview of the SPARCS evaluation framework, offering details of the methodology followed to identify the Key Performance Indicators that will be utilized to assess the impact of the project interventions in the cities of Espoo and Leipzig. In addition, special emphasis will be given on the replication dimension of the holistic framework and the identified replication indicators, that can serve as a basis for evaluating the implementation of the interventions under different city contexts.
