​This 23rd edition of the Conference will address the subject of energy sobriety, via the theme of “Less for More!”. LESS fossil fuels, pollution and energy insecurity, fewer CO² emissions and consumed resources vs. MORE renewable energy sources, a better quality of life, innovation and local employment. In total, almost 20 plenary sessions will address these issues from many different perspectives: European, national, regional, inter-communal, municipal, heritage and even individual. During the discussions, multifaceted angles and viewpoints will be reflected by elected officials, experts, neuro-psychoanalysts, communicators and young people.
