LivCom was launched in 1997 and is the World’s only Awards Competition focusing on International best practices regarding the management of the local environment and development. Its objective is to develop and share international best practices with the further objective of improving the quality of life of individual citizens through the creation of “liveable communities”.

The theme of the forum this year will be “Green Urbanism: Green Recovery and Environmental Management”.
In light of the excellence of MAKING-CITY(PED operational models) in driving energy transition and sustainable urbanization, we sincerely would like to invite the delegates of the two Lighthouse cities and 6 Follower cities for replication to deliver keynote speeches(15mins) at the LivCom Forum through the SPECTRA Center of Excellence EU to introduce MAKING-CITY and share the best practices and achievements of the above cities in implementing PED as well as how the project contributes to the implementation of SDG11 with delegates of cities and projects from around the world.
